Carrillo's Gardens is next door to the museum:

The park is on the left side of the museum. El Tiradito is on its' right.




The museum docent suggested we explore Meyer's Road, one of the original streets in the barrio. We saw some adobe buildings from the barrio years, several have been renovated.

DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun

At our Indio campground, we met Lauren Hillquist from south of Tucson. He gave us some suggestions for places to visit during our stay here and told us about his photography exhibit at the DeGrazia Gallery.

Honey visits the gallery on Thursdays. Her previous keepers abandoned her and her pups in the desert. All but one of her pups were saved.
