The elevator at the Keating Hotel is the first and oldest running elevator in San Diego.
This photo persisted in uploading at this angle! Earp leased four saloons and gambling halls in San Diego, the most famous was his Oyster Bar located in the Louis Bank of Commerce on Fifth Avenue. He was listed as a capitalist (gambler) in the San Diego City Directory in 1887. http://gaslamp.org/wyatt-earp
Last week we experienced a cold snap by San Diego standards with temperatures in the mid teens then cooling down in the evening to the single digits. Today the layers came off for our patio lunch at Spike Africa's Fresh Fish Grill and Bar. Fish Tacos for me; Grilled Mahi-Mahi for Mom. Delicious! http://www.spikeafricas.com/about-us/
